Are you unable to register for CAIR2 training?

Possible reasons include:

  1. You have a Read-only user account

    If you are a Read-only user, you are not required to attend CAIR2 training. We encourage you to review the [placeholder]CAIR2 Training Videos and/or Read-only User Guide. You will receive your CAIR2 password by email on or before your region’s CAIR2 launch date.

  2. Your user account is no longer active

    If you had a Regular or Power user account but you have not logged into CAIR within the last 6 months, your account has been deactivated. You will need your supervisor to request a New User account for you AND you must attend a CAIR2 New User Training. Once you have your new user account, you may register for New User Training at CAIRweb.org.

    Note: CAIR2 New User Training will only be offered after the launch of CAIR2 in your region.

  3. Your Region is not being trained yet

    Consult the CAIR2 Timeline for your Region’s training timeline.

  4. You are a new CAIR user

    If you are a new CAIR user, you must attend a New User training. If you don’t have an account yet, you will need your supervisor to request a New User account for you first. Once you have your new user account, you may register for New User Training at CAIRweb.org.
