CAIR2 Training Registration website
Are you unable to register for CAIR2 training?
Possible reasons include:
- You are not entering the correct Org Code and/or Username
Make sure you enter the correct CAIR Org Code for your site and your correct individual CAIR Username (User Account) that is associated with that Org Code.
- You only have Read-only access to CAIR
(i.e., your account is Read-only, DXQA, School/Daycare, Health Plan)
If you have Read-only access to CAIR, you are not required to attend training. We encourage you to review the CAIR2 Training Videos and/or Read-only User Guide located at
. If your password to login to CAIR2 is not working or you have not received a password, contact the CAIR Help Desk at 800-578-7889 or CAIRHelpDesk@cdph.ca.gov
If you need your account upgraded to a higher level, your supervisor must request this change in the CAIR Account Update website.
- Your user account is no longer active
If you had a Regular or Power in CAIR1 but have never used CAIR2, your user account has been deactivated. You will need your supervisor to go to the CAIR Account Update website to request that your account be re-activated. Once your account is reactivated, you will receive an email from CAIR indicating that you may now register for training.
- You do not have a user account
If you have never used CAIR, you will need your supervisor to request a CAIR User Account for you in the CAIR Account Update website before you can register for training. Once you have your User Account, you will receive an email from CAIR indicating that you may now register for training.
- You have access to multiple provider sites
If you have user accounts for multiple sites (Org Codes), you may not have a user account for the site (Org Code) you are trying to register with, or your user account level at this site does not require training. Make sure you are registering with the specific Org Code and User Account that you require training for.
